Digital Products & Courses
All digital products, online courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable once purchased. Since digital content cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Website Design & Services
For custom website design, development, and services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced. By proceeding with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Website Design Terms of Service. If you have any concerns, please contact us before initiating your project.
Guarantee-Based Refunds
If a specific product or service includes a written money-back guarantee, refund eligibility will be clearly outlined in the offer terms. Requests for refunds under such guarantees must meet the stated conditions.
Subscription Cancellations

Coaching Package Sales Policy
At Digital Freedom Agency, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services designed to help you achieve your goals. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our coaches, the following policies apply to all coaching package purchases.
Payment & Booking
Coaching packages must be paid in full upfront unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and agreed upon.
Sessions must be booked in advance and completed within the specified timeframe of the package. Unused sessions will not roll over unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
Coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased. Since our time and expertise are reserved for you, refunds will not be granted for unused sessions.
If a specific coaching package includes a satisfaction guarantee, refund eligibility and terms will be explicitly outlined in the offer.
We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or lack of participation.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours' notice is required to avoid forfeiting the session.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as a completed session and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
In cases of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible rescheduling.
Expiration of Packages
All coaching packages have an expiration date based on the duration outlined at the time of purchase. If sessions are not used within the timeframe, they will be forfeited.
Extensions may be granted at our discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances.
Commitment to Success
Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on your commitment and implementation of strategies discussed. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as success varies based on individual effort and circumstances.
