To keep everything clear and ensure we’re on the same page, we’ve outlined some simple Terms & Conditions below. These guidelines help us work together efficiently, respect timelines, and ensure you get the best possible results.

Website Building Terms & Conditions
Please reach out if you have any questions or need any further clarification about any of the terms set out below.
Office Hours & Communication
Our email support is available from 10 AM - 12 PM daily. If you send an email outside these hours, we'll get back to you the next business day. We do our best to respond to messages via SMS or social media between 10 AM - 2 PM.
If you message us outside these hours, we may not be able to reply immediately, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
To keep everything streamlined, pleasedo not contact us via Facebook Messenger. Instead, use theclient support linkwithin the client portal for assistance. This helps us ensure your requests are tracked and handled efficiently.
Website Content
We expect all content provided to be grammatically correct and properly formatted before submission. Our role is to place your completed content into the website unless content creation or editing has been included in your quote.
If you need assistance, we offer professional editing services:
- Light (up to 700 words)- $95 per page
- Medium (700-1400 words)- $145 per page
- Heavy (1400-2100 words)- $195 per page
Project Timeline & Completion
We want to make sure you’re happy with your website before we hand it over! That’s why we include a 1:1 review session where we go over everything together. During this session, we’ll make any requested changes to ensure it’s exactly what you need.
Once you’ve given us the green light, the project is officially complete, and any future tweaks or additions will be charged separately.
To keep everything moving smoothly, please submit all your content within 30 days of booking. We understand that life gets busy!
If content isn’t provided within 90 days, we’ll assume the project is on hold. Just let us know if you need more time—we’re happy to be flexible where possible. However, since we invest time and effort into setting everything up, deposits are non-refundable and we reserve the right to terminate the project if we haven't been able to reach an agreement with you.
Handover & Website Completion
Once your website is completed and approved, it’s all yours to enjoy! If you need tweaks or changes later, we’re happy to help at $125 AUD per hour or on a quoted basis—just let us know what you need.
Websites are built to work exclusively on our system and are non-transferable to another hosting provider or any other company using the same system.
This is because our platform integrates advanced tools, security features, and automation that are uniquely designed to work within our infrastructure.
Additionally, our websites are optimized for performance using custom integrations that are not compatible with other hosting providers. Keeping your site within our system ensures everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
The website will not be made public until the final payment is received unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept all major credit cards, offer adiscount for bank deposits, and provide flexible payment options viaZip Pay and Afterpay.
Technical Support
We offer 24/7 technical support to ensure your website functions smoothly.
Domain Names
Domain names are the client’s responsibility and cost. We can provide guidance on where to register your domain, but you are responsible for maintaining your domain registration.
Self-Maintenance & Liability
If you choose to maintain your website independently, you assume full responsibility for updates, backups, and security.
We are not responsible for issues arising from self-maintenance, including accidental deletions, plugin conflicts, or security breaches.
SEO & Website Performance
While we implement best practices for SEO, we do not guarantee specific search rankings or performance results.
Image Usage & Copyright
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate copyright permissions for any images they supply.
We invest significant time in editing images and creating artwork for your website. Upon project completion, you own the images created for your site butmay not resell themin any form.
Additional Charges & Post-Project Requests
Any changes, updates, or additional features requested after the project is completed will be charged at $125 AUD per hour or provided as a custom quote.
