User Responsibilities

  • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized use of our platform.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use Policy

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without notice.

  • No spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages.
  • No malware, viruses, or harmful software.
  • No illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
  • No promotion of violence, hate speech, discrimination, or any unlawful content.
  • No interference with security, performance, or availability of our services.
Payments and Refunds
  • All subscription fees must be paid in full before service activation.
  • Cancellations require a 7-day notice.
  • Accounts can be paused for $25 AUD per month, keeping all content intact but taking it offline.
  • Reactivating a paused account requires a reactivation fee of $245 AUD.
  • If an account remains unpaid for over 7 days, the website will be taken offline, and access will be restricted until payment is made.
  • If payment is not made within 30 days, the account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data Security & Privacy We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your own login credentials and sensitive information. Digital Freedom Agency shall not be liable for any data breaches beyond our control.
Termination of Services Digital Freedom Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, with or without cause, including violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

Disputes and Chargebacks
  • Any disputes regarding charges must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the charge date.
  • Chargebacks filed without prior communication with Digital Freedom Agency may result in account suspension or termination.
  • If a chargeback is initiated, Digital Freedom Agency reserves the right to dispute the claim and provide proof of services rendered.
  • Refunds and resolution requests should be directed to our support team before initiating a chargeback.
Force Majeure

Digital Freedom Agency shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government actions, or technical failures beyond our control.
Indemnification Clause

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Freedom Agency and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees resulting from their use of our services.
No Guarantee of Results

While our tools and services are designed to enhance your business, Digital Freedom Agency makes no guarantees regarding specific financial results or business growth.
Third-Party Services & Integrations

Digital Freedom Agency may integrate with third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for service interruptions, failures, or changes made by these third parties.
